Push-based automation
Run an agent when something happens, not just when you open a chat. Instead of you starting every task, an event starts it for you. For example, an agent that drafts a reply the moment a new ticket comes in, or one that posts a summary at the end of each day.
Custom triggers
A trigger is the event that starts an agent. You'll be able to define your own, such as:
- an incoming webhook from another tool,
- a new file landing in a project,
- a message or form submission.
When the trigger fires, the agent runs with the right context and does its job.
Data ingestion over the API
You'll be able to push files and data straight into a project over an API, so your company brain stays current without anyone uploading files by hand.
Wire in the sources you already have, such as your CRM, your docs, or a database export, and the project keeps itself up to date. Your agents then work from fresh context every time.
