Projects

A project is a file repository that gives your agents context to work from.

A project is a file repository. You fill it with files, and Kavela's two-layer semantic matcher makes them searchable. When an agent works on a task, it pulls the right files from the project instead of you pasting context every time.

This is what gives an agent a working memory of your world.

What you can build

  • A company brain. Shared knowledge for your whole organization, in one place your agents can draw on.
  • Project context that grows over time. Add files as work happens, and the context gets richer.
  • Weekly digests. Keep a running record an agent can summarize and report from.

How many projects you get

Your organization can have as many projects as you want, on every plan.

Everyone in your organization can collaborate on its projects. On Power and higher plans, agents can also share memory across each other.

Coming soon: push files in over the API

We're adding a direct API route to send files into a project's context. Once it ships, you can wire any data source, such as your CRM, your docs, or a database export, straight into a project and keep it up to date automatically.
