Schedule a routine

Tell Kav when work should run, in plain words, and change, pause or end a schedule.

A routine is a workflow that runs on its own at set times. Tell Kav when, in plain words, and Kav sets the schedule in your own time zone.

Problems this solves

ProblemWhat Kavela does
Scheduled runs break with nobody watchingEvery run is checked against the workflow's checklist, and its result can go straight to a chat you read, including when it falls short
A run stops halfway when your plan hits its limitThe task waits and continues after your plan resets
A temporary routine keeps running after it's neededGive it an end date or a number of runs

Say when it runs

You sayIt runs
"Every weekday at 9:00"Monday to Friday at 9:00
"Mondays and Thursdays at 17:30"Those two days at 17:30
"Daily at 8:00 and 18:00"Twice a day
"Every 2 hours"Every 2 hours from when it starts
"Every weekday at 9:00 until 30 November"Until that date, then it stops
"Daily at 7:00, starting next Monday"From that date
"Every day at 9:00 for 10 runs"10 times, then it stops
Every weekday at 9:00, run the HN AI agents TLDR workflow and send the result to me on Telegram.

Where results go

Each run's result stays on its task in the calendar. Name a chat in the routine, and the result is posted there too, along with a note when a run falls short. See Write a workflow.
